RODEO

I went to the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo on Saturday. It was pretty much awesome. A few random tidbits:

*Martina McBride is an outstanding entertainer! What a great show! It helps that I know all of the words to all of her songs :)

*I like cowboys. Bare-back riding and bull-riding...that's just plain hot.

*People watching is prime at the rodeo, particularly if you count the number of mullets you see.

*A big, juicy turkey leg and frozen custard washed down with some beer makes for an enjoyable rodeo culinary experience.

*The display case with the chicken eggs is absolutely mesmerizing.

*I like how the livestock show smells. (Like manure.) Can't explain it.
