Up on the Rooftop

This is my favorite part of our house: the roof patio. I spend a great deal of time out here alone with my thoughts, laying out, and doing my quiet times. I also sleep out here. The evenings are cool and the nights are chilly (in my opinion) with a nice constant breeze. I love sleeping under the stars, hearing the faint call to prayer, and any other random chanting in Arabic that drifts from the mosques nearby.

The view is fantastic!
