After spending much of the past week with my family, listening and watching carefully, I gleaned a few gift ideas for them. (Emphasis on few). Surprisingly enough, it is my DAD- of all people- for whom I have the most Christmas gift ideas. As one who abhors shopping and throngs of humankind, I desire to get the Christmas gift purchases completed a.s.a.p. (Abby: how do you do it?)I implore you, friends, for any and all gift suggestions for fathers and mothers, sisters and brothers, particularly for those special individuals with expensive and discriminating taste, for the ones who "don't want anything", and still others who already have "everything".
It doesn't have to be anything fancy. Your creative and practical suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!

Hmmmm, it's hard to give suggestions without knowing your fam. Something I did for my mom while they were overseas was make her a photo calendar at Shutterfly every year with family pictures in appropriate months and write every upcoming event I knew about on my and my brother's schedule. Mom's love feeling like they are still involved in your life. Anyhoo
I don't need any Christmas gifts. All I need is the love of my family!
Well, sorry dad, but I LOVE to give gifts- it is one of the joys of Christmas. Certainly you won't deny me this joy?! After all, it IS better to give than to receive!!
