| Your Travel Personality Is: The Adventurer |
![]() For you, travel is how you learn about the world. And you like to learn the stuff that's not in guidebooks. You truly have wanderlust. When you're not traveling, you're dreaming about where you'll go next. And your travels are truly legendary - they leave you with stories you'll be telling for the rest of your life! |
My travel style: off-the-beaten path, shoestring budget, local color, backpacking, natural wonders, lots of hiking, don't care for city bustle and tourist traps, rubbing shoulders with real people going about their daily lives. I've been a travel hedonist for the past year and am craving a dive back into mission work.
With a little inspiration from my roommate-to-be, here is my own list of destinations of which I'm dreaming. No chance I'll accomplish this in the next year or two, but I'd at least like to knock out a chunk of these in that time frame. But let's be honest: is there anywhere I wouldn't go?! Despite my insatiable appetite for adventure and devil-may-care attitude, my SWF status has some serious disadvantages and corresponding limitations, as I have learned. My need of travel comrades is apparent; I'm unbelievably excited Jen will share in the adventures!!

Still need to climb Mt. Sinai (just an overnight trip)

I don't know where you got this DNA trait from. Big city bustle, tourist traps, 5 star hotels - that is what I like. Roughing it to me is being on the second floor of a Motel 6 with a broken TV (bet you've heard this one before; good jokes never go bad)!
I TOTALLY want to go to Antarctica too!
I'm with you - all of those places (and, like you, everywhere else) sound awesome. Go for it!
