Kids These Days

Remember the good ol' days when the biggest problem facing teachers was gum chewing? Well, I don't. But anyway, now our middle schoolers bring guns to school and sexually harass their teachers (ie: me). What an exciting time to be educating the future. :P

Gun Found In Locker At Middle School

HOUSTON -- A gun was found inside a locker at a Cy-Fair Independent School District middle school on Monday, KPRC Local 2 reported.

School district officials said a Cook Middle School student spotted the gun and told administrators.

Lockers were searched and the unloaded gun was discovered, officials said. No bullets were found inside the locker.

Officials said the student was removed from the school and could face felony charges.

Letters were sent home with students to alert their parents about the situation.
