Saturday marked a special milestone- my inaugural WARM shower here in Egypt. After two months of vacillation between benumbing and scalding, I had long since forsaken any hope of enjoying a shower sans hypothermic shock or scalp excoriation. What's more, I am glorying in THREE consecutive days of warm showers. I hope I haven't jinxed myself with this post.
